Therapeutic or ‘Classic Massage’, uses 5 main techniques:
Stroking and gliding
Kneading
Rubbing
Tapping or pounding
Vibration
As a result of these, it can make you feel relaxed and energised. It can help with cellulite, dry skin, depression, anxiety and insomnia.
A full body massage covers back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, abdomen, chest (just under the collarbone), face and head. A full body massage takes between 60 and 90 minutes.
However, the areas that are massaged are entirely up to you because some people have particularly sensitive areas.
Feet and abdomen are just 2 examples of areas that people don’t want to be massaged. I can leave these out if requested. As a result, I can either shorten the massage or spend longer on another area.
